Karen Miller

• BA in Elementary Education from Lewis University

I am beginning my 30th year teaching in the Catholic schools.  I have a strong belief in Catholic school educationI have spent most of these years teaching 3rd grade. I really love working with children. Ever since I was a little girl “playing school” in my basement, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I couldn’t ask for a better school community to share my love of teaching. St. Damian has a wonderful faculty and staff and I am proud to be part of it. 

When I’m not in school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and stepson. I am a huge Cubs fan and I love to watch the Blackhawks.
